1. Who we are

RIDEONZ is operated by MLC Network in Malaysia. Questions may be sent to mylegalcompanion@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

RIDEONZ may process information you provide, including your name, email address, account settings, motorcycle or vehicle records, service and fuel records, trip details, notes, documents and photos. Subscription status and transaction identifiers are provided by Apple for entitlement verification; RIDEONZ does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

3. How information is used

• To create and maintain your RIDEONZ account.
• To save, synchronise and display your rider records.
• To verify RIDEONZ Standard subscription access.
• To provide support, security and service communications.
• To comply with applicable law and prevent misuse.

4. Storage and service providers

Account and app data may be stored using Supabase infrastructure. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.

5. Photos and device permissions

Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to add images. You may change these permissions in iOS Settings. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed to essential service providers, where required by law, or to protect users and the service.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for service, legal, security and backup purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update editable information in the app, manage photo permissions in iOS, manage subscriptions through Apple, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.

9. Account deletion

Use Profile → Delete Account in RIDEONZ or email mylegalcompanion@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

RIDEONZ is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed to children.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised.
