Subscription Terms

RIDEONZ Standard

RIDEONZ Standard is an auto-renewable monthly subscription offered through Apple’s App Store. The current price is displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront, currency and applicable tax.

Included limits

• Up to 10 motorcycles and cars with one main photo per vehicle.
• Up to 50 gear or collection items with up to three photos per item.
• Up to 50 trip records with up to 10 photos per trip.
• Basic statistics and priority support.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges renewal to your account according to the price shown in your App Store subscription settings.

Manage or cancel

You can manage or cancel through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or use Manage Subscription in RIDEONZ. Deleting the app or your RIDEONZ account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the Subscription page when reinstalling or using another eligible device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Refunds

Purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

Changes

Features, limits or prices may be changed prospectively as permitted by law and App Store rules. Existing subscriptions remain subject to Apple’s notice and consent requirements.
