1. Acceptance

By using RIDEONZ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Personal rider journal

RIDEONZ is a personal lifestyle and record-keeping application. It is not a navigation, emergency, mechanical, insurance, legal or safety service.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, device security and activities performed through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User content

You retain responsibility for records, notes, documents and photos you add. You must have the necessary rights and must not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

5. Safe riding

Do not interact with RIDEONZ while operating a motorcycle or vehicle. Always comply with road laws, manufacturer guidance and professional advice.

6. Availability

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Back up important records where appropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, or use RIDEONZ for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer and liability

RIDEONZ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MLC Network is not responsible for riding decisions, accidents, maintenance outcomes, lost records or indirect losses arising from reliance on user-entered information.

9. Termination

You may stop using RIDEONZ or request account deletion. We may restrict access for material breach, misuse, security risk or legal requirements.
