FAQ — Subscription

Manage billing through Apple Account → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in RIDEONZ if an active entitlement does not appear.

FAQ — Account deletion

Use Profile → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes the RIDEONZ account and associated app data. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Safety

Urgent riding, medical or safety emergencies must be directed to the appropriate emergency service. RIDEONZ is not an emergency service.
